Ordering and Payment
Please contact us to place an order. We are also happy to accept sales, or orders, for collection at events.
Payment can be by cash, cheque or credit/debit card.
Delivery Times
All items are handmade and whilst we generally have a reasonable amount of stock items available, most stock is made to order. To allow for this, our delivery times are within 21 days. If you require an order earlier than 21 days, please contact us - we will try to accommodate your request where possible.
Delivery Methods
All items are well wrapped for their voyage to you and will usually require a signature upon receipt. For shipping within the UK, items are sent by Special Delivery or courier. For shipping to destinations outside of the UK, items are sent by courier. Please contact us for a quotation.
Delivery Charges
Charges will be dependant upon shipping location, weight, dimensions and delivery method. We try to keep our postage and packing fees competitive and all charges will be confirmed to you before ordering / despatch.
Returns
You are welcome to return a stock item if you inform us within 3 days of delivery.
